Pastor Geoff spoke on Psalm 142 this week.  In this Psalm, David is hiding in a cave to avoid capture, and is feeling alone, isolated, and surrounded.  David recognizes, however, that God is his refuge.  Pastor Geoff encouraged us to think about God as our ultimate safety zone.  He said we can tell God how we're feeling, tell Him what's going on, and then remember that He will, indeed, keep us safe.
