Most of us don't like to admit when we've done something wrong. We might even try to justify or excuse something we did, rather than just confess what we did. In Nehemiah chapter 10 we learned about how to get to a place where we could confess to God and the importance of confessing to God and others. Pastor Geoff reminded us that confessing a sin or mistake isn't the end and doesn't disqualify us from following God. God hears our confessions with His mercy and grace and when we confess to Him it doesn't lead to condemnation, but to restoration.
