We don't always get to know all of the details of God's plan for our lives. However, we don't need to know the plan, to trust the planner. David showed immense trust in God in three different snapshots of his life in the latter parts of 1 Samuel. David trusted God's timing when he spared Saul's life, trusted God's interruption when Abigail stopped him from confronting Nabal, and trusted God's healing when he generously distributed plunder from a battle. Like David, we should trust God's timing, interruptions, and healing even when we don't know God's full plan.
