Today in Exodus we heard about the Israelites building a golden calf as an idol. Even though we may not make idols in the same way the Israelites did, Pastor Geoff talked about different things in our lives we do turn into idols. When it comes to making things idols, Pastor Geoff said that it's about what we give the highest priority to. When we give God the top priority, and let Him sort out the rest of our priorities, we become less likely to turn things into idols.
