Today Pastor Geoff talked about the Parable of the Four Soils from Luke chapter 8. In this parable Jesus describes how seed is scattered on four different types of soils and how the soil affects the growth of the seed. The seed, in this parable, is the word of God and Pastor Geoff encouraged us to focus on what type of soil are hearts are right now. If we're not in good soil right now, we aren't stuck, we're able to work on our soil so that is rich and deep and can produce fruit on God's timing.
