This week in our series in Mark the account of Jesus’s last day shifts to Peter the disciple and his denial of Jesus. This was a big fail on Peter’s part, especially since he was so fiercely protective of Jesus for their whole relationship. But the story is a great example to us of Jesus loving the ones he chooses, like Peter and each of us, no matter what. We are all flawed, but we can be sure that Jesus never gives up on us.
