Judgement can sound like a nasty word sometimes. As people, we generally don't like to be judged by others. However, God is our judge. In our series on Mark we heard about Jesus pronouncing judgement on a fig tree and on the temple in Jerusalem. Just like Jesus judged those two things, God also judges our lives. Pastor Geoff encouraged us to look at this story and see how God judges our fruitfulness and our purity. That judgement, though, shouldn't push us away from God, it should draw us closer to Him and increase our faith in Him.
