Pastor Geoff opened our new series "The Church is Born" with Acts chapter 1. In this series we'll explore the beginning of the early church in Acts chapters 1-12. In this first chapter the apostles are waiting for the coming of the Holy Spirit which will give them power to be effective witnesses to Jesus and all that He did and taught. Pastor Geoff focused on waiting for God and encouraged us to remember that when we're waiting on God, we are not wasting time.
